Tibet, perched on a huge plateau at an altitude varying between 4,000 and 5,000 meters, is an exceptional country whose name brings forth images of infinite skies, incredible luminosity, riding nomads, majestic temples, monks in purple, orange or saffron robes and prayer flags, entrusting their sacred mantra to the wind…
As a very rooted person, I never felt the need to venture far beyond the limits of the world I knew since my childhood days, until, in 2009, I travelled through some parts of India.
This cultural cold bath left me both ama- zed and deeply changed forever.
My curiosity for different cultures, people, cuisine and landscape had been sparked. Since then I try to travel as often as pos- sible, stepping out of my comfort zone for at least a few weeks a year.
The travelogs are small volumes of the captures I take during these travels to the four corners of the world.
